Great Corkscrew with Antler Handle made by John Hasselbring C 1930. In Brooklyn NY between 1890 and 1955 as a silver smith. He often used antler (horn) handles. With sterling silver caps. It is 7 inches long and 6.25 across the handle. It is marked Sterling. Silver and the number 40 on one cap and the other just has Sterling. Is on the screw to protect the tip. The screw is in good condition and is not bent or broken. A very nice corkscrew that works very well. A treat for the collector. Or for a gift to the wine collector. Undoubtedly the most difficult complete set to find of all the various Mickey Mouse musician bisques/chalkware. The complete set has 6 figures: concertina, drummer, silver horn, banjo, singer & conductor. This one is for the. Playing a silver horn. Mickey plays all 4 instruments & the 5. Figure has him holding open a musical score while singing. The figure measures 3 1/4 tall. Each of the figures is marked MICKEY MOUSE in back just above the buttons on his shorts. Overall the condition is excellent. There are no chips, cracks, repairs or paint touch up. A great condition – extremely hard to find – as a complete set. Made in Japan circa 1930s.
