Lionel Vintage Postwar 2353 2355 F3 Dummy A Frame With Working Horn No Corrosion. This is a 1954 2353 dummy A, same as 1953 model 2353 and 2355 except for the front pilot. Complete except for the shell. Original rear steps, battery holder, battery cover, relay and horn. Wiring may or may not be original. Never any corrosion inside except for tarnishing on the plated parts. Horn works (most of the time) may need minor adjustment to be completely reliable. The front face of the pilot has been re-painted, the frame itself has been re-sprayed on the outside and a little on the inside. Truck side frames are original paint. Nice match to the paint, looks great and would be best for a sharp operator peice. Look carefully at the photos, they are part of the description. Ask if you have questions.
