Antique Horn Beaker Cup With Silver Plate Shield Plaque. Mappin & Webb. C1920
This antique beaker which was skilfully made using a section of bovine horn is by Mappin & Webb, has a silver plated rim, blank silver plated shield cartouche to the front and dates from the early 20th century. A handsome cup by a top maker that would make a wonderful beaker for storing barware items. Date: Early 20th century. Maker: Mappin & Webb. Marked: Mappin & Webb’s.
