12.5 F3A non-powered diesel loco, made early 1950’s, has battery-op horn, head light, operating coupler. It looks original/complete, louver-top variation, has some dirt and wear, mainly edges and corners, should improve with cleaning. It has decent decals, complete porthole windows.
