Vintage VIKING Handmade Brown Basketweave #53 Fits Colt Single Action or similar. At offer is a 1994 Blackjack, Effingham, IL Presentation “Rio Grande Camp Knife”. It is approximately 14 long with a mirror finish blade, Rams Horn Grip, and harness leather sheath. The knife was a “One of a Kind” and in cooperation with Mag-Na-Port, presented to the Detroit Chapter of Safari Club International for a fund raiser. There are a few spots on the blade which show in the photos and the blade is in such high polish that pulling it out of the sheath leaves smudges that can be wiped off. This is a large, heavy knife, weighing in at 18 ounces and measuring 15 inches overall, with a 10-inch Tru-Sharp blade of 1/4-inch stock that is 1 ½ inches wide. The hilt is brass and brass pins fasten the gorgeous pair of thick genuine Buffalo Horn to the tang. Near Mint Condition, Never Sharpened or Used.
