VINTAGE, made in Mexico Silver Plated Hammered Pitcher with horn handle by Lorenzo Rafael (LR), Master Artisan who made the Olympic Medals that were held in Mexico in 1968! This rare pitcher from the 1960’s has a beautiful patina from years of loving care, which add character and depth to this piece. It is in excellent condition, absolutely no damage. It is signed “LR” on the bottom, with “Hecho En Mexico” and “Plateado” (silver plated). This amazing pitcher, hand made in Taxco, Mexico, measures 10″ in height, 10″ in length (including the horn handle) and 7 in width. It has a 3″ opening at the mouth, and the natural horn handle measures approximately 7″ in length. It sits on a 3 1/2 base. Very few of these pieces survived, so it is quite rare!

For sale today is a gorgeous mid century modern hammered metal pitcher. The pitcher features an ice guard and a horn handle. It is approximately 10 1/2 inches tall with a diameter of 4 inches. This pitcher is supposedly is made of an alloy of copper, nickel silver and zinc. It is beautifully hammered and a very attractive artistic decoration. It is in great shape, there are no dings aside from the hammering, LOL. There ate some very faint teeny tiny unnoticeable scratches and there is some metalwork at the very top at the back of the pitcher, it looks like it was just finish work. I’ll this in the pics.
