This mellophone plays and sounds good. All three valves move smoothly. They all have tarnish as pictured. The four tuning slides move freely with good pop. The bell flair has some bends. It has some dents on the outer tube. The D-Eb-C crooks have a few small dings. The silver finish and gold wash bell are good. A mouthpiece is included. The case has some wear but it’s solid. This instrument has not been cleaned.

Dagger and sheath fittings are solid German Silver, handle is beautiful natural turned horn in grays and blacks. Sheath and frog is top grain brown leather.
