Custom Made Tom Vosler #9267 Signed Hunting Knife With Hand Carved Horn Handle. Handle is exquisite & in mint condition, but the blade has surface scratches and a small nick on one side of the blade edge. I’m not sure if the knife was actually used, but it suffered from be stored and moved around without a sheath for years. (I think it was made in early 2000s). It just needs a little TLC from someone who knows what they’re doing. The knife has a 5.5″ blade and a 6″ horn handle. It weighs approximately 11 oz. Indicating that he puts a piece of his heart in each knife that he makes. I have been unable to find any other Vosler knife with such an elaborately carved handle. I found this at an estate sale in Denver, Colorado in August 2020. The Blade is Sterling Silver, and the handle is carved horn. The Sheath is also Sterling Silver and Carved horn. Overall length of the blade and sheath is 10 inches. The blade is 6 inches, and the blade + handle is 9 inches. I do not see any damage, chips, or even scratches on this item. Looks like it was kept safely for many years. Judging from the tarnish on the silver, it’s easily over 50 years old but I’d guess much older.
