You can see from the pictures that this horn is in great shape. The brass slides are shiny and move perfectly. The Valves are quick and crisp. The same valve cluster as a Strad, these Monel valves are fantastic. This horn was made in about 2002 and has some minor scratches and tiny dings… Nothing that would effect playing or looks. No plating loss at all!! These horns are great, and at a fraction of a new ones costs! This one has many goodies with it, including the original case and keys to lock it, a straight mute, a mouthpiece brush, and cleaning rod. Anyone who doesn’t want to pay over 1,200 for a Bach Strad! I have many horns, and this one performs just as well as any Stradivarius I own. This horn shines up so well too! I’m not sure the pictures I took do it justice, wait until you see it.
