This is a beautiful Jess Horn Lockback knife. It is about 3 3/8 inches long when closed and about 5 7/8 inches long when the blade is opened. There is a thong hole near the tail. This knife opens and closed with ease. It centers well and deep when closed. On the front side of the tang it says HORN and on the reverse side it says 037. On the front side is a round shield that says: Kansas City, J. This knife has White Micarta Handles and there are no crack at any of the pins on both sides. The bolsters are engraved by Bruce Shaw, a great knife by Horn and engraving by Shaw. Bruce did a standard scroll overlapping on a leaf background, very delicate work. His knives are very desirable, and highly collectible. This knife comes pretty close though, never used, carried or sharpened.
