A stunning solid silver mounted turned and polished horn miniature quaich or porringer most likely a toasting cup. The body of the quaich is made from turned horn with incised detailing to the exterior. The twin handles are mounted with single amethysts mounted en cabochon with silver collars. The interior of the base is mounted with a fully hallmarked silver roundel engraved in Scotts Gaelic “SCUAB ASI”.
