Details: Over the centuries the walking stick transformed into an elegant accessory essential to a gentleman’s/ ladies fashion statement. This particular walking stick has beautiful strong smoothed horn handle which add great comfort. Under the horn handle is a silver collar with engraving and silver hallmarks dated Chester c1900. Engraving Presented To R. Kirkpatrick By The Morning Star Lodge Oct 1901. Morning Star Lodge is a lodge of Freemasons located in Worcester. The handle is situated on top of long strong dark brown wooden stick with strong durability. The bottom of the stick has a metal stopper. Condition: Overall the walking stick is in very good condition. Solid and strong wooden body. The stick has some light surface scratches. Also is slightly cracked at the back of stick but still intact and can be used. Silver collar is in very good condition but does have some pitting and ware. The horn handle is excellent solid condition. Metal stopper very good condition, slightly bent. Please see images for description.
